Position Overview:
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for implementing floor and shelf layout plans in assigned branches.

Responsibilities:
  • Floor Layout:
    • Arrange and/or re-arrange display fixtures (Wall Units, Gondolas, etc.) according to latest Floor Plan.
    • Report any missing, damaged, or erroneous fixtures to superiors and follow up until addressed.
  • Shelf Layout:
    • Arrange and/or re-arrange items (products) displayed on fixtures according to latest released planograms.
  • Display Presentation:
    • Clean and ensure all items (products) are presentable and in good condition before displaying on fixtures.
    • Report to branch superiors or employees if any fixture(s) need thorough cleaning.
  • Reports:
    • Utilize company-provided (Shelvz ®) Merchandising Management Software at all times as per required standard procedures.
    • Submit reports via Shelvz or any means of communication if unavailable.
    • Report to direct superior any issues that hamper quality of execution.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Effectively and timely accomplish “extra-missions” whenever assigned one.
    • Conduct OOS / Inventory Reports of Private Label products as per need basis.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Minimum Highschool graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising.
  • Merchandising, Basic Arithmetic (Math), and Computer Skills are a plus.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تنفيذ معايير العرض البصري وفقاً لإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
  • ترتيب المنتجات داخل المتجر (النوافذ، الطاولات، الجدران، الدمى).
  • تصميم وتحديث واجهات العرض بانتظام بناءً على المواسم والحملات.
  • تنظيم وضع المنتجات لدعم المبيعات وتحسين تدفق العملاء.
  • تنفيذ إعدادات الترويج داخل المتجر وعروض الحملات.
  • ضمان توفر المنتجات بشكل صحيح، وتنظيم الأحجام، وتنسيق الألوان.
  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون المعروض والإبلاغ عن النقص أو فرص تحسين العرض.
  • تدريب موظفي المتجر على أساسيات العرض البصري ومعايير الصيانة.
  • التقاط صور منتظمة وتقديم تقارير الامتثال البصري.
  • تقييم أداء العرض واقتراح تحسينات لزيادة المبيعات.

المتطلبات:
  • خبرة في العرض البصري أو البيع بالتجزئة.
  • حس جمالي قوي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على العمل في الموقع عبر مواقع المتاجر.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت جيدة.
  • قدرة على العمل الجماعي والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
