Recruitment and Training Specialist to help us fulfill our operational needs and enhance our workforce.
Responsibilities:- Execute recruitment and selection processes in accordance with the association's needs.
- Prepare and announce job openings while coordinating with online platforms and recruitment offices.
- Receive, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
- Design and implement training plans and programs based on training needs analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
- Monitor training effectiveness and submit reports to management.
- Update employee databases and training records.
- Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talents.
- Participate in implementing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the Saudi labor system.
