In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinating training programs that ensure SAWACO attracts, develops, and retains capable employees. Your expertise will enable us to meet our operational and developmental needs effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with departments to clarify manpower and skill requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and referrals.
• Screen CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
• Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Prepare annual training plans based on departmental needs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training attendance records and certifications.
• Track mandatory training completion.
• Support Saudization hiring and reporting where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher diploma.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent coordination skills.
• Ability to liaise with agencies and training providers.

Job Purpose
To attract, assess, and hire top talent in alignment with the company’s workforce plans and operational needs. The Recruitment Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strengthening the company’s employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels, including headhunting and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer assessments and evaluations when required.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification.
• Prepare and present job offers; negotiate employment terms when necessary.
• Coordinate onboarding procedures with the HR team.
• Track and report recruitment KPIs (*, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire).
• Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience using job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
