Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate with supervisors and contractors to meet project schedules and deliverables according to specifications.
- Identify and quantify variations to the scope of work.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify any non-conformances.
- Inspect and receive materials supplied by clients and report on usage.
- Collaborate with project teams and contractors to ensure work meets the required standards and quality.
- Assist in managing interfaces between contractors to minimize project delays.
- Ensure contractor compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) policies.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to analyze and evaluate various aspects of the project including constructability, safety, and quality.
