The Role: Real Estate Marketer

Depage Palace is seeking a skilled Real Estate Marketer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to our efforts in promoting real estate projects, managing client relationships, and driving sales from initial engagement to successful deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company's social media accounts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging visual and textual content to effectively showcase real estate projects.
• Launch and monitor paid advertising campaigns on various platforms to attract targeted client segments.
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with interested clients.
• Accurately understand client needs to provide appropriate real estate solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry via platforms or CRM to organizing sales tours and successfully completing the sales process.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in real estate marketing or a closely related field.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
