CodeZal is a Saudi-registered AI consultancy based in Jeddah, dedicated to guiding leadership teams across the Kingdom from AI-curiosity to AI-fluency through workshops, consultancy, and custom AI solutions. As an organization aligned with Vision 2030 and in an early phase of growth, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is central to communicating CodeZal's narrative and expanding its market presence within the Makkah region.

Role Focus

The Growth Marketing Specialist position operates at the intersection of content creation and growth strategy. The individual will be responsible for managing CodeZal's digital footprint, particularly on LinkedIn, shaping the visual presentation of all published materials, and driving growth through paid social media initiatives. This role involves a blend of content strategy, media buying, and overall growth marketing efforts to build both inbound and outbound pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance CodeZal's LinkedIn presence, developing engaging content in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure a strong sense of design and visual appeal across all external communications and published materials.
• Execute social media campaigns with a focus on driving growth, rather than merely filling a content calendar.
• Oversee media buying activities and manage budgets, maintaining a clear focus on return on investment.
• Develop and optimize inbound and outbound pipelines, adjusting strategies based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant marketing or growth-focused position. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate the following:

• A keen eye for visuals and the ability to ensure high-quality, sharp aesthetic presentation.
• Practical, hands-on experience with paid social media platforms and comfort working with campaign data.
