Accounting Intern | COOP Training Overview

Smart Technology Solutions is seeking an Accounting Intern for a COOP Training program. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and offers the opportunity to support the finance function in a fast-paced technology business environment. The role involves contributing to client-facing finance activities while gaining hands-on experience in billing, collections, and daily accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and account statements.
• Manage collection activities and maintain professional communication with customers.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking, and collection reporting.
• Assist the finance team with daily accounting and operational tasks as needed.
• Conduct client visits and travel when required for business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Diploma or Bachelor's degree student, or a fresh graduate in Finance or Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
