Role Overview: Brand Senior Specialist

The Brand Senior Specialist supports the execution of brand plans and marketing initiatives within Basamh Group. This full-time role, based in Makkah with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah, involves executing assigned brand activities, coordinating cross-functional execution, and providing essential market and performance insights to achieve brand growth and business objectives. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned brand activities and marketing initiatives in alignment with approved brand plans, guidelines, and timelines.
• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various media, digital platforms, promotional channels, and consumer touchpoints.
• Manage assigned brand projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective completion.
• Support the development of brand communication materials, promotional activities, digital content, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and brand performance, consolidating findings to inform brand decisions.
• Support new product development, product extensions, innovation initiatives, and product launches through coordination with relevant functions.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams to deliver assigned brand initiatives.
• Ensure all assigned marketing materials and activities are consistent with approved brand positioning, identity, and guidelines.
• Coordinate with agencies and third-party partners on day-to-day deliverables, monitoring timelines and quality of execution.
• Track campaign and initiative performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports and analysis.
• Support budget tracking for assigned brand activities and follow up on related purchase requests, invoices, and commitments.
• Prepare brand presentations, reports, market updates, and other materials as required by the Brand team.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of brand management and marketing principles.
