About the Associate Brand Manager Role

Converge is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting the development and execution of brand strategies across key product categories within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Role Purpose and Strategic Contribution

The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in driving brand plans and supporting marketing campaigns. This position focuses on leveraging consumer and market insights to identify opportunities for strengthening brand performance and growth, contributing directly to the company's market presence and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand strategies.
• Drive brand plans and provide support for marketing campaigns.
• Analyze consumer and market insights to inform brand decisions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance brand performance and foster growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically Sales and Trade Marketing, to ensure alignment between brand strategy and commercial execution.
• Contribute to new product launches, campaign development, and consumer activations.
• Participate in the ongoing tracking and evaluation of brand performance.

Candidate Profile and Required Experience

The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand management or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector. Candidates should demonstrate a commercially minded approach, be proactive in their work, and eager to take ownership of their responsibilities. Comfort in working cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, and other internal stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
