About the Role

Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time position is critical for ensuring data integrity across commercial reporting systems and enabling informed strategic decisions for the company's laboratory services.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Commercial Performance Analyst is responsible for analyzing commercial and sales performance data, tracking key KPIs, and delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights. This role supports revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer acquisition across B2B, B2C, and Homecare segments. The position also enhances revenue visibility, strengthens performance management, and facilitates data-driven decision-making across all commercial channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly visibility on revenue across B2B, B2C, and Homecare segments.
• Analyze performance by branch, product, and channel to identify key revenue drivers, trends, and potential leakages.
• Track B2C performance metrics including revenue per patient, conversion rates, package mix, add-on attachment rates, and pricing effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to increase basket size and margin within the B2C segment.
• Monitor B2B pipeline performance and conversion rates, analyzing client-level revenue and growth opportunities.
• Support client retention and expansion strategies for B2B accounts.
• Track marketing and demand generation analytics such as cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and funnel conversion rates.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance and ROI to support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Monitor patient flow, migration patterns, and revenue retention during network optimization and transformation initiatives.
• Provide real-time insights and recommendations to leadership regarding demand reallocation and transformation impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries is considered a plus.
