About the Content Executive Role

Rixos Hotels is seeking a Content Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in content creation and digital media.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Content Executive is responsible for producing high-quality visual and written content that supports the brand's marketing and social media initiatives. This role involves active participation in content creation from concept development to final publication, ensuring alignment with brand identity and current digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Film short-form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Edit video content using professional software.
• Assist in the planning and execution of content shoots across the property.
• Develop creative concepts and shot lists that align with the brand's visual identity.
• Create engaging social media content to showcase the brand's products, services, and experiences.
• Write concise captions and coordinate content publishing across various social media platforms.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, video formats, and platform features.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce content that supports ongoing campaigns and promotions.
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of photos, videos, and creative assets.
• Assist in monitoring content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of professional experience in content creation, social media, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to capture and edit high-quality photo and video content.
• Understanding of current social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a marketing team.

Technical Skills and Tools

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Familiarity with digital platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets.
