The Counter Sales Role

Whole Foods Trading is seeking a Counter Sales team member for a full-time, on-site position in Makkah. This role focuses on engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing information and recommendations for agricultural commodities such as pulses, rice, and spices. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their product needs.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations, particularly for agricultural commodities.
• Process sales transactions accurately, including preparing invoices.
• Handle various payment methods, including cash and electronic payments.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked counter area.
• Address customer queries and resolve basic issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Support promotional activities and assist in merchandising efforts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information.
• Proficiency in processing sales transactions and handling payments.
