About the Role

Nadir Ali Shah HR Consultants is seeking a Director of Real Estate Development to lead and manage end-to-end real estate development projects. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires a strategic, results-driven professional to oversee all project phases from planning to delivery.

Role Overview

The Director of Real Estate Development will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with business objectives and market demands. This involves comprehensive oversight of project planning, feasibility studies, design, execution, and final delivery, managing various stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Identify and evaluate new development opportunities and investment prospects.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and approvals.
• Oversee design development, value engineering, and project optimization.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present development reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex development projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, financial modeling, and market analysis.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, specifically covering projects in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on significant real estate development initiatives.
