About Yunigreen and the Role

Yunigreen is seeking a dedicated Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Specialist to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is designed for a professional with significant experience in GRC practices, contributing to the organization's adherence to regulatory standards and effective risk management.

Role Purpose

The GRC Specialist will be instrumental in supporting Yunigreen in the development and ongoing maintenance of its governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. This involves actively monitoring compliance requirements, identifying and assessing organizational risks, and supporting the implementation of internal policies and procedures. The primary objective is to ensure the organization's operations consistently align with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of comprehensive governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal organizational policies.
• Identify, assess, and accurately document organizational risks across various functions.
• Maintain and update GRC records, policies, procedures, and generate necessary reports.
• Provide support for internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure thorough oversight.
• Coordinate effectively with different departments to address identified compliance gaps and mitigate risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Saudi laws and regulations are essential.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position within Yunigreen, based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires a proactive approach to GRC, working collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to uphold the organization's integrity and regulatory standing.
