About the Role

Centro Shaheen is seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee and direct the operational development and progress of its property in Jeddah. This full-time leadership position is crucial for managing overall service standards, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring the successful achievement of business objectives.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Hotel Manager is responsible for establishing the property within its defined target markets and managing all business operations to fulfill the strategic business plan at both the hotel and company levels. This includes determining key success criteria to guide operational and financial performance.

Operational Leadership Responsibilities

• Direct the operational development and progress of the hotel, managing overall standard and service implementation.
• Drive improvements across all operational areas of the hotel.
• Design effective and successful sales, pricing, distribution, and yielding strategies to achieve and enhance profitability.
• Maintain high operational visibility and be fully involved in the day-to-day business of the hotel.
• Set effective systems and controls to ensure the consistent smooth running of all departments.

Strategic Management and Stakeholder Relations

• Actively participate in the development of all key managerial positions.
• Effectively manage labor turnover, recruitment, and employee development within budgeted parameters.
• Create, maintain, and encourage excellent public and employee relations.
• Establish a proactive approach to the selling, marketing, and merchandising of the full portfolio of activities throughout the hotel.
• Work in partnership and develop a close relationship with owners and asset managers.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in hotel management or a directly related leadership role within the hospitality sector. A proven track record in operational oversight, strategic planning, and team development is essential.
