The Role of Human Resources Manager

OSAS Medical is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company strategy and local labor regulations, while fostering a positive and high-performing work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company strategy and local labor laws.
• Partnering with department leaders on workforce planning initiatives.
• Managing HR documentation and systems.
• Supporting training and development programs.
• Monitoring HR metrics and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company standards.
• Contributing to organizational development and change management efforts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role.
• Experience range of 2-5 years in human resources.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and local labor regulations.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Location

This is an on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role requires full-time commitment.
