The Role of IT Support Specialist

Waad Education is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time position is central to ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the school's IT systems, providing essential technical support across all educational and administrative functions.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff, students, and administrative personnel.
• Maintain the school’s IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
