About the Role

Advanced Construction Co. - ACC is seeking experienced Landscape Architects to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience in landscape design and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop landscape drawings from Schematic Design through Design Development to Shop Drawings.
• Review landscape drawings at all design stages to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and review comprehensive landscape design packages, including both hardscape and softscape works.
• Coordinate landscape drawings effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review and address consultant comments promptly, ensuring the timely completion and submission of all required drawings.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a proven track record in design development and project coordination.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a collaborative environment, coordinating with various engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality landscape projects.
