The Role of Real Estate Sales Specialist

The Real Estate Sales Specialist is responsible for managing client interactions, effectively closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires a confident and professional approach to client engagement and a proven ability to navigate various real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales for both off-plan units (Wafi) and ready real estate units.
• Deliver a professional and seamless client experience from the initial contact through to the successful closing of deals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand client needs thoroughly and provide suitable real estate solutions.
• High level of commitment, discipline, and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment.
• Professional presence and confidence when interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in preparing mortgage and financing calculations.
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems.

Experience and Compensation
