About the Role

Role Overview

The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling all aspects of room bookings and guest inquiries. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth guest experience from the initial contact and is instrumental in maximizing the hotel's revenue potential by optimizing reservation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming room and service reservations, including modifications and cancellations, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding room rates, available packages, hotel amenities, and established policies via phone and email.
• Promote special offers, room upgrades, and additional hotel facilities to enhance guest stays and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate closely with the front office and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest arrivals and a coordinated service delivery.
