Role Overview: Reservations Agent

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservations Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Reservations Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by efficiently managing bookings, providing comprehensive information about hotel services, and maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide detailed information about hotel accommodations, rates, packages, and special offers to potential guests.
Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue and promote hotel services.
Enter and maintain reservation data in the property management system (PMS) with a high level of accuracy.
Follow up on guest requests and inquiries within 24 hours of receipt.
Assist with group bookings and manage allotments as directed by management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences from reservation to check-out.
Monitor and update hotel availability to optimize occupancy rates.
Prepare daily reports on reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Maintain knowledge of local attractions and events to assist guests with inquiries.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new offerings and reservation techniques.
