About the Role

Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Return Officer to join its operations team in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This is a full-time position focused on managing the return process efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

The Return Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of returned items. This involves ensuring precise inspection, thorough documentation, accurate system updates, and seamless coordination with various internal teams to maintain inventory integrity and operational flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify returned items, including quantities and associated documentation.
• Inspect and classify returned products based on their condition.
• Accurately update return transactions within the designated system.
• Coordinate effectively with Warehouse, Inventory, Quality Assurance (QA), and Returns teams to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all return activities.
• Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines during the handling of returns.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage operational tasks efficiently.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, and involves working as an integral part of the operations team at Ninja. The role requires a diligent individual capable of managing tasks in a dynamic quick-commerce environment, contributing to the smooth flow of return processes.
