Sales Executive

About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time position in Jeddah. This role involves maximizing revenue through effective sales techniques while maintaining guest loyalty, processing reservations, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate departments (*, Sales, Data Administration, Accounting).
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up-selling, while maintaining guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Determine and provide complimentaries to guests as gifts for their patronage (*, rewards points, show tickets, gift certificates).
• Promote brand image awareness both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points and enter Marriott Rewards information during guest reservations.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing, such as filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, prepare accurate written documents, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor performance to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• At least 2 to 5 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
