Sales Representative HVAC & Refrigeration

About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Sales Representative, HVAC & Refrigeration, to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on promoting and selling HVAC and refrigeration spare parts, accessories, and commercial refrigeration units. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire customers for HVAC and refrigeration products.
• Promote and sell HVAC accessories and refrigeration products, including commercial refrigeration units.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction and sales.
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate sales agreements with clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of sales experience specifically in HVAC accessories and refrigeration.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration spare parts and accessories.
• Demonstrated experience in selling commercial refrigeration units.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for client interaction and sales closures.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred for this role, which involves customer visits.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular interaction with clients and internal teams.
