We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Shipping and Fulfillment to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on a critical aspect of our platform's operations, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery for every order.

Role Overview

The Staff Product Manager will own the end-to-end shipping stack and its underlying economics. This encompasses courier integrations, routing, cash-on-delivery reconciliation, exception management, and partner performance. The scope extends beyond last-mile delivery into inventory placement, warehousing, pick and pack, first-mile pickup, and returns. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated engineering squad as its sole accountable product owner, managing shipment costs and platform revenue per shipment. This role uniquely combines ownership of the merchant experience with unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for shipping and fulfillment, prioritizing merchant retention and contribution per shipment.
• Determine how each order is routed and priced, including provider selection, service level, cost, and merchant charges.
• Improve measurable delivery reliability metrics such as first-attempt success, service-level accuracy, exception rate, return to origin, and cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
• Build and maintain the integration layer for efficient and stable provider onboarding, including status mapping, retries, fallbacks, and monitoring.
• Extend product capabilities beyond last-mile delivery, focusing on merchant retention impact rather than ease of integration.
• Establish and defend the pricing model for shipping capabilities, distinguishing between free and paid services.
• Collaborate with the data team to own metrics and optimize provider allocation based on performance data.

Core Domains of Impact

• Shipping Products: Routing, label issuance, cash on delivery, tracking, and driver-facing tools.
• Partner Integrations: Provider onboarding, interface quality, status mapping, reconciliation, and platform stability.
• Fulfillment Beyond Last Mile: Inventory placement, warehousing and third-party orchestration, pick and pack, first-mile pickup, and returns.
• Shipping Economics: Carrier mix, rate card design, cost per successful delivery, and platform charges and retention.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Seven or more years of experience in product management.
• Proven ownership of a shipping, fulfillment, or order-management product on a platform serving multiple businesses, with demonstrated impact on metrics such as delivery success rate, service-level accuracy, exception rate, cash-on-delivery accuracy, or cost per shipment.
• Commercial fluency in shipment economics, including experience building, pricing, or renegotiating a rate card, and understanding how factors like zone, weight, service level, cash on delivery, surcharges, and failed deliveries affect cost per parcel.
• In-depth experience beyond last-mile delivery in at least two of the following areas: inventory placement, warehousing or third-party fulfillment orchestration, pick and pack, first-mile pickup, reverse logistics, or cross-border operations.
• Technical grounding in integrations, including interfaces, webhooks, status mapping, retries, and reconciliation, with the ability to explain integration stability and common failure points.
• Experience as the single product owner for a dedicated engineering squad, collaborating effectively across operations, commercial, and support teams.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building products on top of a partner network, involving selling partner capacity and developing internal capabilities alongside it.
• Practical GCC logistics context is preferred over theoretical knowledge.
