Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer - Provider Contract Support intern to join its team in Jeddah. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in contract administration and network system maintenance within the healthcare insurance sector. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing a foundation in supporting critical operational functions.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support contract administration, facilitate data extraction, and assist with network system maintenance. The incumbent will contribute to achieving system efficiencies by implementing agreed departmental action plans and adhering to established rules within specified timescales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of contract uniformity, standards, and regulatory compliance across all providers.
• Ensure the completeness and consistency of provider files and system data with all agreements and amendments.
• Assist in updating systems and tracking contract expiration dates within agreed timelines.
• Monitor the expiration of regulatory licenses for providers to facilitate timely renewals.
• Coordinate internally and externally to resolve coding and pricing defaults.
• Upload new prices, contracts, and amendments into operating systems.
• Report system and statement errors to the line manager regularly.
• Support the updating of network changes within the systems.
• Maintain an updated master sheet for provider network distribution.
• Coordinate with operating teams and technical stakeholders for the implementation of contract/provider additions, deletions, amendments, and significant contract milestones.

Contract Administration and Compliance

A core aspect of this role involves meticulous management of provider contracts and associated data. This includes ensuring all documentation is complete and consistent with agreements, actively tracking expiration dates, and monitoring regulatory licensing to ensure continuous compliance and timely renewals. The intern will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of provider information within Bupa Arabia's systems.

System Operations and Stakeholder Coordination
