About the Role

Metaforce Trading is seeking a dedicated Account Manager & Visual Merchandiser to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage key retail accounts across KSA, with a focus on Jeddah and Makkah, while ensuring best-in-class in-store execution for all Metaforce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key retailers across Jeddah and wider KSA.
• Act as the primary contact for store managers and retail operations teams.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure product availability, visibility, compliance, and accurate execution of promotions.
• Review weekly sell-through data, identify opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product launches, promotional initiatives, and replenishment cycles.
• Implement and maintain brand-approved visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure displays and fixtures are installed and maintained to premium levels.
• Capture high-quality images and report on store execution.
• Train store staff on product features and merchandising expectations.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Business Planning and Market Intelligence

• Gather insights from store visits and competitive reviews.
• Support activation planning and visibility improvements.
• Recommend enhancements for display, layout, or commercial performance.
• Provide clear and structured reporting when required.

Reporting and Internal Coordination

• Submit weekly store-visit reports.
• Track store-level and SKU-level sales performance.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain clear communication across all departments.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar account management or visual merchandising capacity, preferably within the retail sector.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position primarily based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves regular travel to retail accounts across Jeddah and other areas of KSA, including Makkah.
