AI Engineer

About the Role

ALSHIAKA is seeking an AI Engineer to join their team in Makkah, with a primary base in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on designing, developing, and deploying AI models. The role supports product innovation, operations optimization, and customer experience enhancement, with a specific emphasis on pattern recognition and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and training machine learning and neural network models.
• Working with natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
• Integrating AI components into existing software systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, IT, and marketing departments.
• Evaluating model performance and refining algorithms to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintaining scalable and secure AI pipelines.
• Documenting technical solutions and processes thoroughly.
• Staying current with emerging AI technologies, particularly those relevant to the fashion retail and manufacturing industries.

Work Environment and Location

This role is based on-site in Jeddah, within the Makkah region. The AI Engineer will operate within a collaborative environment, working closely with various internal teams to achieve project goals. The position is full-time, contributing directly to ALSHIAKA's strategic initiatives.
