Business Developer (Façade)

About the Role

Hilti Saudi Arabia is seeking a Business Developer (Façade) to join their team in Jeddah, Mecca Region. This full-time role is focused on generating sustainable sales revenue and maximizing Hilti’s market share with Façade stakeholders across Saudi Arabia through a project-based approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for building lasting business relationships and presenting Hilti’s value proposition to key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth for ventilated façade systems.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory, focusing on key ventilated façade projects.
• Engage with stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to specify and promote façade systems.
• Deliver Hilti’s value proposition and respond to technical and commercial inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, customer service, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals in conjunction with the design team.
• Follow up on project approvals and facilitate the conversion of specifications into sales.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with industry professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities through strategic and creative thinking.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate sustainable sales revenue.
• Experience in building and maintaining high-level business relationships.
• Capability to present value propositions and differentiation to decision-makers.
