About the Role

People Dynamics is seeking a Chief Specialist, Technical Records and Publications to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical for ensuring the meticulous management and compliance of all technical records and publications related to aircraft maintenance. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of aviation documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft, engine, and component maintenance records in compliance with GACA regulations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all technical records and documentation.
• Control and maintain technical publications, manuals, and their revision updates.
• Ensure continuous compliance with regulatory, airworthiness, and company documentation standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and airworthiness record verification activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to maintain accurate technical documentation.

Technical Records Management

The Chief Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all technical records, including those pertaining to aircraft, engines, and components. This involves ensuring strict adherence to GACA regulations and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and integrity across all documentation. A core function of this role is also the diligent control and updating of technical publications and manuals.

Compliance and Coordination

A key aspect of this position involves upholding compliance with all relevant regulatory, airworthiness, and internal company documentation standards.
