Four Seasons Hotels is seeking a Commercial Director to join the opening team of the new Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jeddah at the Corniche. This full-time role offers a competitive salary in a tax-free environment and is critical for establishing the hotel's strategic commercial performance in the luxury market.

Located within Jeddah’s Corniche District, the upcoming Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences will offer views of the Red Sea and classic architecture. It is positioned near key business hubs, the historic Al-Balad area, the Tahlia Street shopping district, and the Formula 1 Jeddah Street circuit, making it a metropolitan destination. Guests and residents will experience Four Seasons' renowned service and luxury lifestyle, including pools, fitness centers, spas, Kids for All Seasons, multiple restaurants with terraces, an outdoor shisha lounge, and a cigar lounge.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Commercial Director will be a core member of the Hotel Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic commercial performance by overseeing Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Public Relations. The primary focus is on maximizing revenue, ensuring brand clarity, and building strong positioning within the luxury market through carefully integrated sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial functions, including Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, MarCom, and Public Relations.
• Develop and implement the Annual Sales and Marketing Plan and budget in alignment with property objectives.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to define pricing, channel strategy, segmentation, and promotional planning.
• Drive brand awareness through effective PR strategy, media relations, and content marketing initiatives.
• Oversee social media strategy and execution in collaboration with the Director of PR.
• Evaluate and analyze market opportunities to develop business leads and partnerships.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and guest touchpoints.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a strong commercial team to deliver measurable results and brand consistency.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, with a strong background in revenue and budget management.
• Expertise in luxury hospitality, including knowledge of current customer and travel behavior trends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial strategy in a pre-opening or repositioning environment.
• Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
