The Role of Coworking Space Manager

The Coworking Space Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a coworking space, ensuring a functional and welcoming environment for all users. The manager will handle membership administration, coordinate bookings, and maintain the overall organization of the space.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of coworking space memberships and bookings.
Ensure the space remains well-organized, functional, and welcoming for users.
Handle inquiries from current and prospective members.
Support the coordination of events and community activities within the space.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure facility upkeep and adequate supplies.
Monitor space occupancy and usage patterns.
Implement and enforce space policies.
Gather feedback to continuously improve services and optimize space utilization.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in managing coworking spaces or similar hospitality/service environments.

Work Environment and Location
