As a pivotal member of our pharmaceutical department, you will play a key role in managing inventory and ensuring the timely availability of medications and consumables. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place orders for stockroom and drugstore items.
• Update inventory for fast-moving consumables.
• Maintain and distribute medication stocks, including IV fluids.
• Ensure the effective delivery and confirmation of stock items.
• Prepare stock lists for adjustments and manage inventory requests.
• Assist pharmacists with urgent tasks.
• Supervise cleanliness and compliance within pharmacy areas.
• Transfer items from drugstore to pharmacy as needed.
• Collect intravenous medication samples for laboratory analysis.
• Manage expired medication properly.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 – 2 years in a related field.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Language: Good command of oral and written English.
