About the Opportunity

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Electrical Team Leader to join our full-time operations in Jeddah. This role is central to ensuring the efficiency and technical excellence of our workshop, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of electrical personnel and maintaining high operational standards.

Role Purpose

The Electrical Team Leader will apply comprehensive technical knowledge to manage complex electrical difficulties and ensure the smooth functioning of workshop operations. A key aspect of this role involves leading and developing the electrical team, including the transfer of essential technical knowledge. The position also requires expertise in testing electrical work and accurately diagnosing the electrical systems of commercial vehicles, buses, and marine engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members, providing technical assistance as required.
• Perform roadside electrical work when necessary.
• Update and maintain technical literature relevant to electrical systems.
• Regularly check and ensure the proper condition of Electrical toolboxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Preserve and maintain all tools and company assets.
• Ensure personal appearance is well-kept and professional.
• Test electrical work performed by others and provide feedback.
• Successfully diagnose electrical systems in commercial vehicles, buses, and marine engines.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Electrical Team Leader position should possess a technical school degree and demonstrate 2-5 years of experience as an electrician, specifically within the commercial vehicle sector. This background is crucial for understanding the complexities of the systems managed in this role.

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to lead and train a technical team effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills relevant to diagnostics and record-keeping.
