About the Role

Al-Amal Plastic Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical, Electronics & Automation Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly within the plastic manufacturing, printing, and packaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Systematically troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, electronic, PLC, servo, inverter, sensor, and control-system faults.
• Maintain and repair modern industrial machinery, with a focus on plastic manufacturing, printing, and packaging equipment.
• Support shift and emergency maintenance operations as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery.
• Proven experience in the plastic manufacturing, printing, and packaging industries.
• Proficiency with PLC/HMI/Servo backups, program restoration, parameter configuration, and error-code analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturer software and basic PLC program modifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to machinery breakdowns.

Technical and Communication Requirements

• Good technical English skills to understand machinery manuals and technical documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with machinery manufacturers and technical support teams.

• Strong commitment to electrical and industrial safety procedures.
