• Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies to ensure a hygienic and organized environment.
• Ensuring all guest transactions contribute positively to their overall experience.
• Creating and maintaining a safe workplace environment for both guests and colleagues.

• Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Physical Demands of the Position

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks that involve movement and handling of objects. Expected physical activities include:

• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations throughout shifts.
• Moving over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Reading and visually verifying information, such as menus, orders, and safety instructions.
• Engaging in hands-on work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required for service tasks.
