About the Role

Marriott International is seeking an F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable dining experiences for guests through attentive service and efficient operations. The role involves direct interaction with guests and collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Setting tables and preparing dining areas for guests.
Communicating effectively with the kitchen to manage orders and service flow.
Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their meal.
Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies to ensure a hygienic environment.
Creating and maintaining a safe workplace for both guests and colleagues.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Upholding quality standards in all aspects of service.
Ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication at all times.
Managing menus, including reading and visually verifying information.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent is required.
Related Work Experience: A minimum of 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This role operates within a dynamic food and beverage environment, requiring constant interaction with guests and team members. The position is based in Jeddah and is a full-time commitment.
