Field Marketing Representative

About the Role

Bonn Medical Industries is seeking a Field Marketing Representative to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on executing marketing plans and promotional activities within the market to enhance the company's product presence at various sales points.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess practical experience in field marketing and trade marketing, capable of translating strategic marketing plans into actionable initiatives. These initiatives will aim to improve product visibility and distribution within stores, pharmacies, and targeted sales outlets in the Western Region.

Responsibilities

• Execute field marketing plans and promotional activities at client locations and points of sale.
• Conduct regular visits to cosmetics stores, pharmacies, and targeted sales outlets.
• Monitor the implementation of promotional offers and marketing campaigns within stores.
• Coordinate with clients to optimize product display locations and increase shelf visibility.
• Oversee the installation and distribution of promotional materials (POSM) such as stands, posters, and other collateral at points of sale.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective execution and achievement of marketing activity objectives.
• Monitor product availability, pricing clarity, and offers at points of sale, reporting observations to relevant teams.
• Document visits and executed activities with photos, and prepare regular reports on results and observations.
• Track the completion of marketing tasks, ensuring they are accomplished according to plan and schedule.
• Monitor competitor activities at points of sale and provide recommendations to enhance the company's product visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or executing promotional activities at points of sale.
• Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales points and distribution channels in the Western Region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize field visits, execute plans, and follow up on details.
• Proficiency in preparing visit reports and documenting field activities.
• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
• Willingness to undertake field work and travel within the Western Region.
• A valid driving license and personal vehicle are preferred.
