About the Fleet Sales Consultant Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Fleet Sales Consultant to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to driving sales of trucks and buses, ensuring adherence to department standards and company policies. The consultant will focus on maximizing vehicle fleet sales opportunities with both new and existing corporate customers, while cultivating strong client relationships to foster future business growth.

Core Sales and Client Engagement

• Conduct proactive outreach, including visits and calls, to potential and existing corporate clients.
• Consult clients to identify optimal vehicle solutions based on their specific needs, intended use, and budget.
• Present comprehensive vehicle features, covering technical specifications, interior and exterior details, pricing, and safety aspects.
• Target a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, including government entities, multinational corporations, auto leasing and rental agencies, and SMEs.
• Perform sales prospecting through cold calls, networking, and direct visits to potential customers, aiming for a minimum of five customer visits daily.
• Analyze customer requirements and propose integrated solutions that may include service, maintenance, road assistance, insurance, and financing options.
• Prepare and deliver professional client presentations that highlight the price-value advantage of our offerings.
• Generate and submit detailed quotations, ensuring consistent follow-up to finalize sales agreements and facilitate receivables payment.

Sales Operations and Administration

• Supervise daily sales transactions and compile periodic reports, including daily visit reports.
• Manage the documentation process for sold vehicles, keeping clients informed of progress.
• Oversee the timely and proper delivery of sold vehicles to customer sites.
• Maintain accurate customer information records for call reports and update dealership databases.
• Prepare proposals based on customer requirements and standard technical specifications.
• Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and payment methods.
• Collaborate with the ILD department on financing and credit deals, assisting with credit applications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing accurate sales forecasts.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and installments from customers.
• Enter all calculation details into the CRM system and prepare Brand Specs for on-order chassis with Branch Manager support.

Required Experience and Professional Standards

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in fleet sales or a related field. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, encompassing impeccable appearance, adherence to ethical standards, and acting as a brand ambassador for Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. at all times.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, requiring active engagement with clients both in-office and through external visits.
