Unity Holding Company is seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to join its team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah.

Role Overview

The Hostess will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for guests. This role involves managing guest flow, handling reservations, and coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient operations and high standards of hospitality.

• Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Customer-service oriented and well organized.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential operational requirements in Jeddah. The role is full-time.
