About Al Khozama Hotel & Residences KAUST

The Role of Hotel Sales Manager

The Hotel Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. This role is responsible for driving revenue across room bookings, events, and catering services by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate, institutional, and individual clients.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the sales pipeline to maximize revenue opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive proposals and contracts for clients.
Conduct site inspections for prospective clients, showcasing hotel facilities.
Negotiate rates and packages to secure profitable business.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and implement promotional offers.
Ensure service delivery consistently meets client expectations.
Provide sales support for key events held at the hotel and within KAUST.
Monitor market trends and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports.
Participate in networking activities to strengthen the hotel’s market position and brand visibility.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Hotel Sales Manager position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is an on-site role based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, operating within the Al Khozama Hotel & Residences KAUST property. The position involves engaging with clients and supporting events across the regions of Jeddah, Makkah, and Thuwal.
