About the Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking an Inbound Officer to join its logistics operations team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient receiving operations by verifying inbound shipments, maintaining quality standards, and managing proper documentation. The Inbound Officer will collaborate closely with warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activities.
• Verify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
• Inspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
• Manage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of received goods.
• Organize and transfer received pallets to designated warehouse zones.
• Coordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays and congestion.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reports.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operations.
• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have the ability to lift and move materials when required and stand for extended periods.
