Position Overview

LIXIL is seeking a Leader Western Region to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is collectively accountable for the overall delivery of results for the Projects Channel across Saudi Arabia (KSA). The successful candidate will drive the Project Channel Sales Mission for the Western region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and key performance indicators.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to define and deliver necessary tools for direct and indirect customers, enhancing service and support to project sales.
  • Provide product updates for project customers, drawing information from SCM and product teams.
  • Regularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to promote Grohe and build a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers.
  • Support distribution channels and work closely with Channel Partners in Projects.
  • Forecast accurate project sales and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
  • Measure and analyze critical success factors for best practices and implement improvement processes.
  • Develop and maintain a database/records of all key project contacts in the region and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Gather competitor market intelligence and report findings to management.
  • Adhere to budget guidelines in the most efficient manner.
  • Identify marketing/specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities, and explore/report on events that enhance brand strength within this sector.
  • Ensure full adherence and usage of Salesforce to create and manage an elaborate database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects with all related information.
  • Ensure adequate coordination with other business channels and the Leader Projects KSA (OTC, Showroom, etc.) to achieve common regional goals and KPIs.

Project Channel Focus

A key aspect of this role involves identifying crucial channels and targets within the region for project business, based on allocation by the Leader Projects KSA. This includes strategic focus on the following sub-channels:

  • Sub Channel B: Residential – Primarily targeting Developers, Contractors, and Designers.
  • Sub Channel A: Hotels – Primarily targeting Hotel Operators and Developers.
  • Sub Channel C: Health Care – Primarily targeting Owners and Healthcare Institutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable position, coupled with in-depth knowledge of the market.
  • A seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of total professional experience.
  • Mandatory experience in the same field or within the building materials industry.
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment while upholding LIXIL’s quality and reputation for excellence.
  • Proven experience in managing external relationships and engaging with various stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • An MBA is considered a plus.
