Learning & Development Specialist

About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join its corporate team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing and implementing learning programs, developing training content, and delivering training sessions for both corporate and restaurant teams. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing employee knowledge and skills across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and the specific skills required for various roles within the company.
• Design comprehensive curricula, learning journeys, and structured training programs.
• Develop assessments and certification programs to effectively measure employee knowledge and skill acquisition.
• Prepare a range of training materials, including trainer guides, participant workbooks, and eLearning storyboards.
• Create practical job aids and training tools based on established standard operating procedures.
• Update existing learning materials to reflect changes in business needs and operational standards.
• Deliver online and on-site courses, workshops, and training sessions to diverse teams.
• Provide field training and practical coaching specifically for restaurant teams.
• Follow up on training results and identify areas for continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure that restaurant training comprehensively covers operating procedures, quality requirements, and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development. The role requires a professional capable of managing the full training cycle from needs assessment to delivery and follow-up.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting both corporate and restaurant operations. The role involves a mix of online and on-site training delivery.
