About Zahid Group

Zahid Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to supporting the Group's diverse business activities and ensuring robust legal compliance.

The Role of Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will provide essential legal advice and support across Zahid Group's operations. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, minimize legal risks, and safeguard the Company’s interests through diligent legal review, effective contract management, and comprehensive regulatory guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, amending, negotiating, and advising on legal documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Drafting, reviewing, and altering statutory documents, including Articles and Memorandum of Association.
Providing clear and actionable legal advice to all business units within the Group.
Assisting in intellectual property-related matters, such as trademark registration, cancellation, and transfer processes.
Supporting matters related to Powers of Attorney.
Collaborating with various departments to review contracts, legal documents, and compliance records, ensuring alignment with applicable regulations.
Assisting in the incorporation of companies and other legal entities.
Liaising effectively with public entities, notaries, government bodies, and public officials.
Staying updated with developments in relevant laws and regulations to ensure proactive legal guidance.
Working collaboratively with business units to ensure all legal activities are conducted in strict accordance with applicable law.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant legal experience. A professional legal qualification, such as a Solicitor, Barrister, Attorney-at-Law, or Lawyer, is highly desirable.
