About the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner & Operator to establish and expand its operations in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is designed for an entrepreneurial individual passionate about football, offering the chance to build and manage a local business rather than a traditional salaried management position. The successful candidate will be responsible for making football more accessible within the local community.

About Stranger Soccer

Stranger Soccer aims to simplify playing football, making it as convenient as other recreational activities. Through its application, players can find nearby games, book spots, and participate easily. Founded in Singapore, Stranger Soccer has facilitated over 100,000 games across more than 10 cities globally, with a mission to make playing football as easy as going for a jog and a vision for it to be as popular and accessible as watching the sport.

Key Responsibilities

Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand presence in Jeddah.
Recruit, train, and manage a local team of 2–3 individuals, supported by Official Hosts.
Identify and secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
Implement marketing and customer growth strategies through digital and local initiatives.
Oversee daily game operations and ensure a high-quality player experience.
Collaborate with Stranger Soccer HQ, leveraging support from established operations and technology teams.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Demonstrated passion for football and strong connections within the local football community.
Experience in management, operations, sales, or customer-facing roles.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the capacity to work autonomously.
A strong sense of ownership and ambition to expand Stranger Soccer locally.
Motivation to achieve results, with a clear understanding that rewards are tied to performance and growth.

Compensation Structure

This is a full-time, entrepreneurial role where compensation is directly linked to performance and the growth achieved within the Jeddah operation. This structure is designed to reward individuals who drive significant local expansion and success.
