About the Opportunity

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global presence and is seeking a License Owner & Operator to launch and grow its operations in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is for an entrepreneurial individual dedicated to making football more accessible within the local community.

Role Overview

This position is not a salaried management role; it offers an opportunity for an individual to build and operate their own venture under the Stranger Soccer brand. The License Owner will be responsible for establishing and developing the local presence, working independently while receiving support from Stranger Soccer HQ's established operations and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and develop the Stranger Soccer brand within Riyadh.
• Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2–3 individuals), supported by Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues and ensure regular playing opportunities.
• Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives.
• Oversee game operations while delivering a consistent player experience.
• Collaborate closely with Stranger Soccer Headquarters for operational and technological support.
