About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Manager, HR Operations to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is crucial for managing governmental relations and ensuring compliance within the Human Resources department. The role involves developing policies, monitoring activities, and overseeing various HR operational processes.

Governmental Relations and Compliance

The Manager, HR Operations will be responsible for maintaining effective liaison with government institutions and embassies. Key duties in this area include:

• Maintaining liaison with all relevant government institutions and foreign embassies concerning the issuance and renewal of official permits, registrations, visas, licenses, and other required documentation for employees, dependents, and visitors.
• Safely keeping passports and residence permits for all expatriate employees and their dependents.
• Arranging for the authentication of employee documents from the relevant authorities.
• Leading the development of policies and guidelines for government-related processes.
• Ensuring that governmental regulations related to Human Capital are properly implemented.
• Monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.

Team Leadership and Operational Oversight

This role includes leadership responsibilities for assigned personnel and broader HR operational tasks:

• Evaluating subordinates' performance, taking action to correct deficiencies, and initiating disciplinary action when required.
• Participating in the selection, recruitment, training, retention, and evaluation of assigned personnel.
• Assigning work, establishing priorities, and monitoring performance within the team.
• Submitting periodical clear and concise administrative and financial reports for all assigned services and functions.
• Participating in self and others' education, training, and development, as applicable.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for the Manager, HR Operations position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR operations, governmental relations, or a related field.
