About the Role

The Marketing Agency Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, Makkah. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. The role involves overseeing project timelines and budgets, supporting sales and lead generation efforts, and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure project delivery on time and within scope.
Prepare proposals and briefs aligned with client objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and communicate updates and insights to clients.
Oversee project timelines and budgets.
Support sales and lead generation efforts.
Identify opportunities to grow client relationships.
Participate in client meetings and gather feedback.
Ensure a high standard of client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
0-1 years of experience in account management, marketing, advertising, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
Strong account management skills, including client relationship building and retention.
Excellent communication skills for presenting, reporting, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Experience in sales and lead generation within a marketing or agency environment.
Proficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing performance metrics and reporting tools.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
