We are looking for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in master data management to contribute to our continued growth in the region.

Role Purpose

The Master Data Specialist plays a pivotal role in upholding the integrity and reliability of master data across various organizational systems. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining high data quality standards, supporting data-driven initiatives, and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and accurately update master data records across various systems, including ERP and CRM platforms.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by conducting regular audits and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements effectively.
• Provide support for data migration and cleanup projects as needed.
• Develop and document master data management processes and best practices.
• Deliver training and support to users on master data standards and established procedures.
• Monitor and promptly resolve data quality issues to minimize business impact.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in a related field.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in a master data management role.
• Proficiency with Excel, including advanced tools like XLOOKUP, for maintaining and updating master data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with data cleansing and validation tools is considered a plus.
