About Bechtel Corporation and the Ar Rjum Project

Bechtel Corporation is undertaking the Ar Rjum Project, a greenfield gold project located in Saudi Arabia. This project includes three open-pit mining operations, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and essential supporting infrastructure such as water and power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, and accommodation villages. The project site is approximately 200 km north-east of Taif, towards Riyadh, and about 26 km south of Al Mouwayh, a town on the Jeddah-Riyadh highway.

Role Overview: Mobilisation Compliance Administrator

The Mobilisation Compliance Administrator supports the Workforce Services team by ensuring contractor mobilisation activities adhere to project requirements, procedures, and workforce mobilisation standards. This full-time position involves reviewing mobilisation records, identifying compliance gaps, maintaining audit data, and producing reports. The role requires residence in the Project accommodation facility (camp) in Saudi Arabia, specifically supporting operations in Taif, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Workforce Services and the Mobilisation Compliance Lead in monitoring contractor mobilisation compliance.
• Conduct audits and reviews of contractor mobilisation activities and records.
• Verify that personnel have been mobilised in accordance with project procedures and requirements.
• Review workforce data, supporting documentation, and mobilisation records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify non-compliances, process gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain compliance databases, audit logs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Prepare regular compliance reports, metrics, and summaries.
• Follow up with contractors to ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor compliance performance and maintain tracking registers.
• Assist with developing and improving mobilisation compliance processes, reports, and monitoring systems.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to Workforce Services and the Mobilisation Compliance Lead.

Reporting Structure and Interfaces

The Mobilisation Compliance Administrator reports to and receives operational instruction from the Workforce Services Manager, with functional guidance provided by the Regional Workforce Services Manager. This position involves frequent interaction with various internal and external stakeholders, including Construction & Project Management, Subcontractor Representatives, and Bechtel ES&H, Security, Construction, and Contracts Functions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance monitoring, auditing processes, and data management. The ability to identify process gaps and implement corrective actions is essential for success in this position.
